[FEATURE] Make the default number of listed repos respect the current terminal size.

Problem

15 repos is a pretty short list. It would be nice if the tool based pagination on the size of the terminal window.

Proposed Solution

Check the terminal window size and set the default number of repos based on the height of the window.

Alternatives Considered

An alternative would be to make the number of repos scanned configurable in the config file.
