Show Grid once ResponsiveStep applies #95
Description
When creating a grid with all invisible columns, and adding a ResponsiveStep with several .show(column), an empty grid is Shown until the ResponsiveStep applies. It would be great if the grid could be rendered with a hidden visibility and shown once the Responsive Step applies.
