Story
As a buyer,
I want the prebid response to echo back my buyer ID alongside bid results,
so that downstream systems (ad server, reporting) can reconcile bids with my user graph.

Acceptance Criteria
- If a buyer ID was attached to the bid request, the corresponding bid response includes it
- The buyer ID is available in the response metadata returned to the client (tsjs)
Open Questions
- Is this a pass-through from Prebid Server, or does TS re-attach the ID on the response?
- What field in the response carries the buyer ID?
