[Feature request] Slow down the refresh rate of bilibili's feed

Feature Description

If the number of subscribers is high, the current feed refresh rate on Bilibili will trigger a risk control check. However, manually clicking on the channel info will not trigger the risk control. Therefore, I suspect it is related to the request speed. I hope to reduce the request speed and stop the feed refresh if the risk control is triggered.
