[Feature request] Queue list media rearrangement sensitivity options #2075

Feature Description
Rearranging videos/streams is a bit of a hassle in the queue list when currently and actively watching a video/stream. Since the sensitivity of the rearrangement function is too fast, adding some slower and faster sensitivity options for this function might benefit those who think, and are experiencing if it's too fast, or slow. This is in comparison to the same function in 'Play Queue'.
