Top of flying ship wreckerideal is missing in the flying_ships datapack

As per the discussion on Discord.

I've recreated the top of the ship, as well as recreating the ship in the pack.png image.
I've saved both as nbt files and tweaked the pack files to include both ships.

As this pack doesn't exist in the 1.20-architectury fork, I'll submit the pull request under the 1.20-2.4 fork.
