macOS Tahoe 26.3 / qlvideo 3.0

I upgraded to version 3 yesterday.

Since then not able to see any thumbnails for .MKV files.

I was on version 2.21 which was working, I tried reverting back to 2.21, deleting all config and related files.

Permissions have been given for full disk access as well as activating the 2 multimedia extensions, under the general section and items that open and extensions.

I have 3 different Macs with Tahoe 23.3 installed, all 3 once upgraded to 3.0 exhibit this behavior and all 3 also with their related directories for support filles erased and downgraded to 2.21 won't work anymore.

Media files are for MP4 and MKV encoded with handbrake using AV1 codec and were displaying their Thumbnails properly.
