On Mac 3, I have as media player MPV and VLC
on second I also have MPV and VLC
on main Mac I am using Infuse and MPV
On all 3 v.2.21 was installed and functioning properly for any thumbnail generation locally, externally on USB drives and on network locations
In v.3.0 stopped displaying MKV file thumbnails and backtracking to previous versions all the way to 2.21 MKV displaying no Longer with no amounts of reseting spotlight, cleaning icon cache, ending the thumb scanning process with the process manager, rebooting or going to do it in safe mode changes nothing.
If there are hidden options that be configured with default command or if needed to build from source on my side, I can also do it, as long as I have some information on how to run the build process.
