OWASP AntiSamy sanitizer

Hi @jgadsden, I’d like to work on this issue.
I can create two new pages for OWASP Java Encoder and OWASP Java HTML Sanitizer under the secure libraries section. Please let me know if that's okay.

My suggestion is that these libraries do not need a separate page each

I would agree with @jgadsden that these do not need separate pages. Instead just link them to their respective OWASP wiki pages. That way there is less to maintain and less get out of sync. Just my $.02.

I understand — instead of creating separate pages, I will update the existing secure libraries section to include links to the OWASP Java Encoder and OWASP Java HTML Sanitizer project pages.
I’ll submit a PR shortly.

@dhanyabad11 you need to follow the contributing guidelines and to understand the structure / content of the Developer Guide, in particular the use of AI, before a pull request can be submitted

I’ll review the guide more carefully before proposing further contributions.
