Automated communication and notification to VIPs #13
Description
We've made the USS-VIP AD group to help manage possible exclusions for automated communications and select GPOs. This would have included, to start:
- Emails from Windows 11 Upgrade Campaigns (WinUpgradeAutomation script)
- Toast Notification about required Windows Upgrades (WinUpgradeToast GPO)
- Warning emails about stale computers* (StalePC script)
- Toast Notification when unlocking a computer that hasn't been restarted in >7 days (Restart Reminder GPO)
What does everyone think about this? Ian (@Zigmoparcheesi) has suggested we should not exclude VIPs from these automated communications/notifications.
- Note: Stale PC script will still exclude VIPs from disabling, but they'll continue to get warning emails until the issue is resolved.
