Instance snapshots reverting does not preserve settings.

Taking an instance snapshot and reverting it wiped some settings from the config and would not boot the VM until they were added back.

versions

Version 4.20.0, KVM (Ubuntu 24.04), NFS,

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Take an instance snapshot (disk or disk/memory type)
2. Revert the Instance to the snapshot.
3. Settings such as datadiskcontroller, UEFI, rootdisksize, and rootDiskController are wiped.

@iparker88 please upload logs for review of this issue. The expected behavior is that the virtual machine is roled back to the state of the snapshot and the settings of the instance are preserved.

I am also facing this issue, is anyone able to reproduce?

@iparker88 @mattmonday88 I couldn't reproduce this issue, would need help with the steps to replicate it.

I have taken 2 snapshots; one after adding guest.cpu.mode in settings (snap1) and another without (snap2). I applied both snapshots one by one, instance retained this config along with other settings even after snap2 was restored.

There was no change observed with other settings as well.
