[UX] Typo on File Types form: see admin/structure/file-types/settings

Description of the bug

This obviously isn't a serious bug, but there's a typo at the very bottom of the page. It says "...in an long content list..." when it should say "... in a long content list..."

Steps To Reproduce

1. Visit admin/structure/file-types/settings
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Read the description text for field "Protect against repeat rendering"
