New colorbars

Connor requests a color similar to Parula in MatPlotLib. Shirsh requests a rainbow with white as the bottom color. Perula is proprietaty, but MatPlotLib Viridis is close to it.

Google Turbo should be added.

Wow. That's a nice colorbar. I can see it becoming my new default. Still might use Jet when I'm trying to highlight a feature but Turbo looks like a better daily driver.
