No Error Handling on `requests.post()` to Send API

The response from the Send API is not checked for HTTP errors. A failed send (4xx or 5xx response) is silently ignored. The bot has no awareness of whether its messages are actually delivered, and rate limiting by Facebook will cause silent message loss.
