Enable GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting

Could you please enable GitHub Private Vulnerability Reporting for this repository?

This will allow users and contributors to open private issues or advisories regarding security fixes. These issues are private to maintainers and reporters until published. There is currently not a SECURITY.md or security contact present in the documentation.

@wodzen I created the most basic security.md that can be. At the moment if you have something, look for my or @vishr email. For example in verified commits and email us.
