Add build logic to repo

just wanted to get some insights on why there are no releases or git tags within this repo?
any specific reason for that?

I have tagged the latest release gradually it will all get more polished with releases and attached wheels in the release but we are not there yet I still run cibuildawheel manually and push to pypi.
