[Bug]: Incorrect behavior of background image in chats

Description:

The background image is loaded in parts and may disappear completely if the internet connection is weak.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to settings.
Go to chat settings.
Select any background.
Try to enter the chat.

Expected behavior:

The background image is initially loaded into the program, rather than being stored in the cloud.
