[Feature Request]: Add passcode verification before changing or disabling Passcode Lock #15

Currently, the "Passcode Lock" section allows users to change or disable the passcode without verifying the existing one. For better security, the app should prompt for the current passcode before allowing these sensitive actions.
Steps to reproduce
Enable Passcode Lock in settings.
Navigate to the Passcode Lock menu.
Observe that "Change Passcode" and "Turn Passcode Off" are accessible immediately.
Proposed behavior:
When a user attempts to enter the Passcode Lock settings or clicks on "Change/Turn Off," the app should display a passcode entry screen to verify their identity.
Actual behavior:
The user can modify or remove protection without any prior verification.
