[Bug/Feature]: Network usage statistics are not being recorded #17

Description
The "Network Usage" section does not track or display any data consumption. All statistics remain at zero despite active app usage.
Steps to reproduce
Open Settings > Data and Storage.
Tap on Network Usage.
Switch between Mobile, Wi-Fi, and Roaming tabs.
Expected behavior:
The app should monitor and display the amount of data sent and received, categorized by media type and connection method.
Actual behavior:
Total usage shows 0 B, and the App Usage section displays "No usage data recorded".
