[Bug]: Unable to log in due to missing verification code

Description

When trying to log into my account, the app says that verification code was sent to the Telegram app on other device, but there are neither notifications on any of my devices, nor the message with the said code. I face this issue only in this app but in the other Telegram clients (both the official and unofficial ones) everything works fine.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Enter the phone number
3. Expect the verification code

Expected behavior

After entering the phone number and tapping the Continue button the verification code is being sent to the other Telegram app. After entering the verification code, the log in process continues.

Actual behavior

After entering the phone number and tapping the Continue button there is no verification code, so the log in process is being stuck at this step.
