Expected behavior of the wanted feature

currently when video-zoom >0 you only can move video inside of video boundary and cant move outside it
when video-zoom <0 boundary is player window

so the idea that you can move video outside boundary's like when using video-pan (limited by -1 to 1, or -0.95 to 0.95 so you cant lose it)

This is intended. positioning.lua would have to be completely rewritten to use video-pan instead of video-align.
