Build result in web components being registered multiple times

I am using `api-console build -t "RAML 1.0" ./api.raml -o ./build/api/reference` to build my documentation.  
It very recently broke. Without anything changing in our build process.  
  
The browser crash with this error:
```
Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'define' on 'CustomElementRegistry': the name "api-request-editor" has already been used with this registry
```
