UI desync from error

Whenever Codex has this error, 2026-03-08T04:22:39.518481Z ERROR codex_core::exec: exec error: The filename or extension is too long. (os error 206), the UI desyncs but the model can keep runnign in the background, with no way to stop it, and it acts like the model is stopped.

Just got hit by this as well. Running the currently latest version 0.0.11 on Windows 11. I have long paths on Windows enabled in the registry via [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem] "LongPathsEnabled"=dword:00000001
