Plans to Publish to Conda Channel/Pip Repos?

Are there any plans to publish this so it can be installed with conda or pip?

I would like to be able to add sciscript to a conda environment file and it is not clear to me how (or if it is possible) to add dependencies which need to be manually downloaded and installed rather than simply installing via pip or conda.
