DOC: broken redirects of `zarr.codecs.numcodecs` in the API reference

I'm not sure why, but for me https://zarr.readthedocs.io/en/stable/api/zarr/codecs/numcodecs/ redirects to https://zarr.readthedocs.io/en/stable/api/zarr/deprecated/creation/

(I don't know `mkdocs` to help out with resolving this)
