🔒 Fix insecure release signing configuration

• What: Removed signingConfig = signingConfigs.getByName("debug") from the release build type in app/build.gradle.kts.
• What: Implemented logic to load signing credentials from keystore.properties in the root directory if it exists.
• What: Created keystore.properties.example template and added keystore.properties to .gitignore.
• Risk: Previously, the release build was signed with the public debug key, allowing anyone to sign malicious updates.
• Solution: The build now uses a secure, non-committed configuration file for signing release builds. If the file is missing, the build proceeds without signing, which is safe.
