this base image change allows to use autodrive devkit container on aarch64 (arm64) machine
FYI - comparison between previous base image and the new one in the devkit Dockerfile in this patch
ros:humble has no rviz2 because it's not desktop flavour iamge.
so, I separately added ros-humble-rviz2 and cv-bridge in the Docker file to make it same with the previous one that use osrf/humble-desktop.
