If no serverName is given on the deploy command, only deploy on the first server

…in the servers section add connect_methods for ssh2_connect third parameter methods add default env dev add pub/priv ssh auth key with passphrase
using ssh2_connect methods parameter try username and pass and then pub/priv key with passphrase buildCommand with symfony command prefix (php app/console e.g.)
