Fix: electrum server graceful shutdown doesn't work

This is a combination of PR 48 and 49 over at mempool

This was made semi-hastily, and some of the logging was just placed in there to help diagnose further issues with leaking threads if it hangs on shutdown.

I also have an open PR that adds Unix socket support for Electrum RPC. PR 50, if you'd like to add that as well.

To be honest I have no idea what I'm doing and 3 months ago as fare as I can tell someone else was using my account and had scammed me now I'm trying to do everything I can to stop any more crypto going to anyone but me I have a large amount and I've spent 3 weeks not trying to figure it out and I mean I have/ no idea on what too do with my accounts how to get in to them witch I pretty much have now and changed everything but still hitting dead ends
