This module encapsulates the prediction capabilities of n2v (https://github.com/juglab/n2v). Machine learning models have to be trained separately. This module adds n2v, alongside tensorflow-gpu and keras as a dependencies.

@callum-jpg Can you take a look at this? If it works (or requires very little work on our part to make it work) can you potentially merge it in and fit it into your new install scheme? It looks like it does have DL requirements. |
