Here is my pull request that adds automatic upload of important sequencing data to SMDB in the wrapper script. Before merging this into production we need to: 1. make sure dependency requirements are met. 2: env variables are set on the machine running the wrapper_bcslconvert.sh script. When this is done it should work. Note however that I have not tested the wrapper script at all, after my changes, as I was not sure how. I've done some tests of the python script only.
