Swift 5.0

Here's a fork with getting the library to Swift 5.0.

I roughly did the following:

• Minimal 5.0 refactor code changes
• Attempt to change all of the needed pod changes to support an upcoming 5.0 swift version.
• Added a .gitignore in an attempt to minimize checking in tons of libraries and a clean workspace.
• Bumped up ActionSheetPicker for the sample app.
