This ease logic for main() function.
Initial reorganizing project - moved to ShockSrc main's Shock.cpp file. There will be live new files. Moved some prototypes into corresponding headers. Little hackinsh extern "C" sections. Moved LGS copyrights into top section.
Removed unused leftovers from MacOS menus, unused global variables, defines and externs.

This PR makes SystemShock as "C++" (not a real C++ though) project. Here no much changes regarding code logic, only move into C++11 realms.
This is fundamental change that required for some future additional like proper and clean Options and Hotkey handling, externalizing of localization and some neat features that can give modern C++ standards.
