Update dev to 3.11.1

Purpose

Collect updates to dev branch prior to merge into dev.

When ready and approved, this PR will be merged into dev with version number 3.11.1

The Details section of this PR will be updated with each commit added to this PR.

Details

• bump version number to 3.11.1
• update to use fastlane 2.231.0
• bring in translations from lokalise on 1 Feb 2026
• bring in Live Activity updates from Loop PR 2397
  • partial fix for Loop Issue 2391 and Issue 2396: handles larger fonts, limits truncation, modifies some displays,
  • fixes colored glucose plot bug Issue 2392
• add to the Loop Report the list of all submodules including their branch name and SHA
• bring in pretty print for pump event details: Loop PR 2403 and LoopKit PR 586
  • makes the details much easier to read and added a localized date to the display
• bring in update to NightscoutService PR 19
  • Add APNS response feature with JWT management and secure messaging
  • This, in combination of LoopFollow version 4.5.1 or newer, provides the capability to directly send APNS messages to the Loop phone and have an APNS response returned to the originating LoopFollow phone

• bring in translations from lokalise on 15 Feb 2026
• update to fastlane 2.232.1 and fix a security warning (Browser Build only)

Test

Prior to uploading update to LoopKit/LoopWorkspace, confirm this can be built with Xcode 26.2 (local Mac) and Xcode 16.4 (using Browser Build).

Note that the addition of NightscoutService PR 19 breaks the remote window customization patch found here:

If that customization is still useful, we could consider updating it. However, the combination of NightscoutService PR 19 with LoopFollow version 4.5.1 or newer provides a method for remote control for Loop in which the APNS messages are sent directly to and from the LoopFollow phone and the Loop phone. This messaging path should be considered as an alternative to applying a customization that keeps a one-time password open for 15 minutes.
