Refactor: Extract RicTransmissibilityCalculator from completion export#13634

Move transmissibility calculation logic (TransmissibilityData, connection factor computation, non-Darcy flow calculations) from RicWellPathExportCompletionDataFeatureImpl into a dedicated RicTransmissibilityCalculator class. Add unit tests for the extracted calculator.
