using deepcopy on rmgpy.rmg.pdep.PDepReaction fails. This fixes the bug in __reduce__ where the parameters do not match the order of __init__ and then adds tests to make sure the copy function works

Description of Changes
This fixes the bug in
__reduce__where the parameters do not match the order of__init__and then adds tests to make sure the copy function worksTesting
I have tried running this test code before and after and confirmed that the PR fixes the issue.
The new test in RMG-Py/test/rmgpy/rmg/pdepTest.py should also warn if deepcopy fails.
