Add Complementary Learning Systems (CLS) memory consolidation inspired by hippocampus-neocortex theory. Five new mechanisms fill architectural gaps between Engram and biological memory:

  1. Episodic/semantic memory type separation with automatic classification
  2. Replay-driven distillation — sleep cycles extract durable facts from conversations
  3. Multi-mechanism forgetting — interference pruning, redundancy collapse, homeostasis
  4. Multi-timescale Benna-Fusi strength traces (fast/mid/slow decay rates)
  5. Intent-aware retrieval routing — episodic vs semantic query classification

Also includes production hardening: thread-safe vector stores, crash-safe SQLite writes, input validation on all API/MCP endpoints, error containment, and provider hardening across Gemini/OpenAI/NVIDIA.

New files: core/traces.py, core/intent.py, core/distillation.py, core/forgetting.py
New tests: 80 tests across 5 new test files (248 total passing)
