What I'm Building Now 🚀

I'm the Solo Founder & CEO of Act4City, a GovTech startup revolutionizing how citizens interact with public administrations through AI. We're building the AI infrastructure layer that municipalities desperately need—eliminating bureaucracy and making government services accessible 24/7.

Current Status:

  • Bootstrapped and accelerated by IKIGAI 2025 (Italy's leading startup accelerator)
  • Negotiating with 5-6 municipalities (5k-57k citizens), expecting first contracts within 2-3 months
  • Built automated commercial pipeline proving consistent appointments with qualified municipalities
  • Validated product-market-fit through direct collaboration with municipal partners

  • Multi-city RAG systems with intelligent routing across municipal knowledge bases
  • Advanced web crawling and knowledge extraction pipelines
