I'm pretty impartial on this; @rmccue you have any opinion? How much would it break if we just changed these, rather than deprecating the old names? Not sure what the install base for this is like. |

I would merge as is. Leave it for 6 months and remove the old ones.
That way it doesn’t break anything for anyone.
If it isn’t happening already, versions should be tagged.

To follow coding standards, change filter names and deprecate current filters.
