In 35d674d I added a banner to indicate what the warn/error is related to the status LED. Also added the suggested columns to the sserver table and made it so the title of each col can wrap to conserve horizontal space. |

Added a scan server page to the monitor which pulls from the metrics endpoint. Here is a screenshot of the new table on the page hardcoded test data on the server:
