This commit introduces a new program to the JavaScript directory: a prime number finder. The `prime-number-finder.js` script takes a number as a command-line argument and determines whether it is a prime number. The `javascript/README.md` has been updated to include the new program, and a `package.json` file has been added to the `javascript` directory.
