Summary

• Replace the xxxx-xx sample tree with hash-named directories/files and update every doc/config reference to use the hashed title identifiers.
• Add the title-hash registry config plus intake/ingest documentation so new XCIs, gameplay video, and metadata can be recorded without exposing dataset names.
