Added new methods to SDK (Query Interface)

Added new query methods to the SDK corresponding to the functionality required for Casper Integrations. Methods corresponding to the following json RPC requests were added:

info_get_deploy
chain_get_block
chain_get_block_transfers
chain_get_era_info_by_switch_block
rpc.discover

The corresponding test cases were also added to the Test class.

Thanks a lot @i-mills. You saved a lot of time and possibly an entry submission for the hackathon else I would have kept waiting for these changes to be merged here and overall enhancements would have gone for a toss.
