A simple program to ping websites and record RRT on bash

Run Program

Type

./ip_ping.sh

to run the program under bash environment.

Ping more

Change the IP addresses in ip.txt to ping more IP servers.

Congestion Control

When network condition is bad, congestion control is done by increasing sleeping time of the program.
