Added support for including .css files

Hi. Not sure if you want to include css file support but we want to use your library in our Xerte Online Toolkits project and i've added css support with just minor change to your fantastic library.

The last commit on this repo is from Feb 18th. A while ago I forked/refactored this code to add support for onerror callbacks, CSS files and async:false. If this repo isn't being maintained anymore you're welcome to use my version:
