This is a multi-feature PR bundling several distinct changes:
R(q)×q⁴ plotting mode - transforms reflectivity data for visualization
Reference lines - shows background and scale reference lines on charts
Sample load improvements - append/replace toggle + warning dialog for invalid ORSO files
Model naming - uses user_data['original_name'] for display names
Bug fixes - typo fix, wrong property name, missing
