• eslint-plugin-jest: ^29.12.1 → ^29.15.0
• globals: ^17.0.0 → ^17.3.0
• rimraf: ^6.1.2 → ^6.1.3
• semver: ^7.7.3 → ^7.7.4
• typescript-eslint: ^8.53.0 → ^8.56.0

Constraints followed:

• Kept @types/node at ^20.0.0 (Node 20 is minimum customer version)
• Kept eslint at ^9.39.2 (v10 has breaking changes, ecosystem not ready)
• Kept @eslint/js at ^9.39.2 (v10 has breaking changes)

Updated test gold files:

• Updated jest plugin URLs from v29.12.1 to v29.15.0 in all goldfile.json files

Tests: ✅ 253 passed

Updated devDependencies with ^ symbol:

• rimraf: ^6.1.2 → ^6.1.3

Constraints followed:

• Did NOT update any dependencies without ^ symbol (fixed versions)
• Kept eslint at 8.57.1 (must stay on v8 per constraints)
• Kept @types/node at ^20.0.0

Tests: ✅ 83 passed

Testing

• All tests passing (336 total tests across both engines)
• No breaking changes introduced
