LogMonit use scala-2.10.5, but can upgrade to your requirment

1. Dependency jars are Apache commons-io.2.4.jar and ojdbc6.jar
2. Change the configuration in application.conf according to the DB that you want to insert and the log file path to which watcher need to listen
