Initial Implementation of Accessibility UnitTest for React Native Gallery
Why
To validate the changes whether, it will break the existing accessibility functionality or not

Using the Axe.windows Nuget package, we can run fastpass test on all the pages of the React Native Gallery and Validate its scan results using Snapshot. Also it will capture the details in ally
As Milestone 2 , we can add this to our pipeline, which is expected after the release of RNW 0.84
