Adds
serialized-sizeanddelimited-sizefunctions to the core namespace, as well as the associated getters in PersistentProtocolBufferMap. Adds more serializing and parsing options to PersistentProtocolBufferMap (serializing to OutputStream, deserializing from InputStream and byte[]).
